We deliver your photographs and films to an online gallery, making it easy to share with your friends and family. This also allows you to download everything to keep.

We always strive to capture the essence and spirit of a wedding — we believe that every wedding is unique.

We like to keep things simple and try not to interfere during the day. We don’t pose or direct our couples too much, and we don’t fabricate moments for the films. We may, however, give some tips for specific moments in order to get the best out of you.

Yes, we use drones. You will find some drone footage in most of our films, but we treat drones the same way we treat our normal cameras. It is a tool for telling a story. We use drone footage mainly to show a location or give context to our films.

For weddings taking place in Portugal, we have fixed rates for some of the most common destinations. For areas more than 30 km from Caldas da Rainha, we charge €0.50/km. 

Other destinations or events lasting several days are calculated on a case-by-case basis. For international weddings, we need to check flights and accommodation in order to provide an estimate.

Depending on the type of films you have chosen in your package, our goal is to deliver something within the ranges indicated in the package you have chosen, but we may deliver something shorter or longer if we feel the story requires it. 

For photographs, our goal is to deliver between 800 and 1000 edited high-resolution photographs.

As a rule, we stay until we feel we have gathered all the necessary material. The length of time we stay at a wedding is not an indication of how long the wedding will last, it is simply the length of time we will actually be there. You can continue to have fun and enjoy your time with your friends and family after we leave.

For typical full-day weddings, we expect to sit down and eat at some point during the day. Although we do not have to sit with your guests, we would appreciate it if this could be arranged with the catering service. The ideal time for our meal is at the same time as yours — that way we don’t miss anything important and are ready to get back to work as soon as you have finished your meal.

We don’t need the full speeches for our films, so we try to record the audio and then film some segments of the speaker and the audience’s reactions. If the couple wants it filmed in its entirety, we recommend booking the ‘Full Speeches’ extra. This way, we record the entire speech with two cameras and deliver it edited into a separate film.

As explained in the question above, if the speeches take place during dinner (especially between courses), we may not be able to be there to film them.

We have very limited availability for weddings. We only accept between 3 and 5 weddings per year. We work extensively on advertising campaigns, films, and documentaries, which take up a lot of our time, and we often have to prioritise these projects. You can expect to receive your films between 6 and 9 months after the wedding. 

We try to deliver photographs more quickly, within 6 to 8 months. 

If you choose to purchase the ‘Express Delivery’ extra, you will receive the final results within 4 weeks.

We welcome any creative input you may have about your wedding film. However, our creative workflow involves making many different decisions at every stage of the process, throughout the time we spend thinking about each film, finding the story and editing it. This includes choosing the perfect shot, the perfect moment to make a cut, the perfect music, and the perfect dialogue. Because of this process, it is impossible to involve all couples in every moment or every creative decision — there simply wouldn’t be enough time. That’s why any creative input you may have is welcome before we start working on your film, and changes after the film is ready are minimal (replacing or removing a shot here and there).

Music is a very important component of our films. We will try to assess your musical style through the songs you choose for specific moments of your wedding day, and you can send us a list of songs you like, but we are limited to using songs that we can licence for your film. These are incredible songs that you won’t hear on the radio and that will forever be associated with your wedding film.

Payments are in 2 stages. We charge 30% to reserve the wedding date (non-refundable). 70% before the wedding date.
